Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 July 2026

Please read these terms carefully. By creating an account or using Pinly you agree to be bound by them.

1. Who these terms are with

Pinly is operated by Threadify ("we", "us"), based in the United Kingdom. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Threadify.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Pinly.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • One person or entity per account, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or sexually explicit.
  • Use Pinly to spam Pinterest or violate Pinterest's or Amazon's terms of service.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
  • Resell or white-label Pinly without written permission.
  • Use the service to scrape data at a scale outside normal individual use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we may remove content that we reasonably believe breaks them or the law.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the Amazon URLs, images, and copy you upload or generate through Pinly ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit Your Content strictly to provide the service (for example, sending drafts to AI providers, publishing to Pinterest on your behalf, storing them in your account).

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload and that the affiliate links you use comply with the relevant programs (e.g. Amazon Associates).

5. AI-generated output

Pinly uses third-party AI models to generate images and copy. AI output can be inaccurate, biased, or resemble existing works. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing it. We provide the service on an "as is" basis and make no warranty about the accuracy or originality of AI output.

6. Subscriptions, trials & billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe.
  • Free trials automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
  • You can cancel at any time from your Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
  • UK/EU consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days of first purchase; by starting to use the paid features during that period you agree we may begin performance immediately and your right to cancel ends once the service is fully performed.

7. Third-party services

Pinly depends on third-party platforms (Pinterest, Amazon, Stripe, AI providers, etc.). We are not responsible for their availability, decisions, or changes to their APIs. If one of them changes or removes access, some features may stop working.

8. Availability & changes

We work to keep Pinly available but we don't guarantee uptime. We may add, change, or remove features. If a change materially reduces the service you paid for, we'll give you reasonable notice.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if we're required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, we'll delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited (for example, for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where required by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
